  • 1 cup of shredded potatoes
  • 1 shredded zucchini
  • ¼thcup of cornmeal
  • ¼thcup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ Tbsp Kosher salt
  • Fresh Black Pepper powder
  • ¼thTbsp onion powder
  • 1 egg

How To:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  1. Spray a pan with cooking oil.
  1. Place the zucchini and potatoes on a kitchen towel and squeeze out the water. Put the vegetables in a bowl and add other ingredients.

  • 2 green sliced zucchini
  • 2 yellow sliced zucchini

  • Minced parsley and basil leaves

  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 1/3rdcup of honey
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of almonds powder
  • ½ Tbsp of baking soda
  • ¼thTbsp of salt
  • ¼thTbsp of cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup of shredded zucchini
  • ½ cup of Chocolate Chips

How To:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  1. Mix the butter, egg, applesauce, honey, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Add baking soda, almond powder, flour, salt, and cinnamon powder. Lastly, add the zucchini and mix well.
  1. Make small balls with the dough and place them on a cookie sheet. Add Chocolate Chips on top and bake for 30 minutes.

  • 2 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp of coarse salt
  • 2 Tbsp of cinnamon powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3rdcup of canola oil
  • 3/4thcup of sugar

  • 1 ½ cup of whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder

How To:

  • 1 chopped zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 ½ cup of vegetable stock
  • 1 Tbsp of Olive oil
