You Will Need:

  • 1 ¼ cups of granola
  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup of ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup of chopped raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • ¼ Tbsp of salt
  • ¼ cup of peanut butter
  • ¾ cup of Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp of vanilla extract

How To:

  1. Mix almonds, flaxseed, granola, salt, chocolate chips, and quinoa in a large bowl.
  1. Mix vanilla extract, peanut butter, and honey in another bowl.
  1. Microwave the honey mix for 45 seconds. Now add the dry ingredients and stir well.
  1. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking sheet and refrigerate or two hours. Cut into square pieces and serve.

You Will Need:

  • 2 apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g flour
  • 2 Tbsp of cinnamon powder
  • 2 Tbsp of maple syrup
  • 120ml olive oil
  • 50 gm of dried strawberry pieces

How To:

  1. Whisk eggs, cinnamon powder, maple syrup, and olive oil in a bowl. Add the grated apples.
  1. Now stir in the flour.
  1. Pour the mix into a muffin case and bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with strawberry and serve.

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • ½ cup of all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup of buttermilk
  • ¼ cup of sour cream
  • ¼ cup of cilantro leave, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp of fresh chives, minced
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • Cooking spray

How To:

  1. Use a cooking spray to grease a muffin pan and leave it aside.
  1. Add all the ingredients, except salsa and sour cream, in a bowl. Stir well and spoon the mixture into the muffin pan.
  1. Bake for 30 minutes and serve with sour cream and salsa.

You Will Need:

  • ¾ cup of barley
  • ¾ cup of oats
  • ½ cup of cornmeal
  • 3 Tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp of pure vanilla essence
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Kosher salt

How To:

  1. Add water, oats, barley, brown sugar, cornmeal, vanilla essence, salt, and cinnamon stick in a slow cooker. Leave it aside overnight.
  1. In the morning, place the cooker on high heat and cook until the grains turn tender.
  1. Pour the porridge into a serving bowl and top it with your teen’s favorite nuts and fruits.

  • 167gm of whole wheat flour
  • ¼ Tbsp of salt
  • 2 Tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp of cinnamon powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ cup of mashed banana
  • 2 Tbsp of dark brown sugar
  • ¼ cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbsp of butter

How To:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder in a large bowl.
  1. Whisk milk, egg, vanilla extract, and banana in another bowl. Add the brown sugar and yogurt. Stir well.
  1. Now add the milk mixture to the flour mixture. Whisk gently.
  1. Melt butter in a pan and add a dollop of the pancake mix in it. Spread it evenly and cook on both sides until it turns golden brown.
  1. Top the pancake with Chocolate Chips and serve.

  • 1 cup of plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup of frozen milk cubes

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender jar. Churn well to get a smooth consistency.

  • 6 Tortillas
  • 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

  1. Mix milk and eggs in a microwave-safe bowl. Add a dash of seasoning. Cover and microwave for four minutes.
  1. Now heat the tortillas in a pan and top it with the egg mix.
