  • 1 sugar pumpkin halved and deseeded
  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon

How To:

  1. Sprinkle cinnamon into the cooking water.
  2. Place the halved pumpkin in a baking pan with 2 inches of water.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes to an hour at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

How To:

  1. Add nutmeg powder to water.
  2. Add 2 cups of water in a saucepan and insert a steamer basket.
  3. Add the pumpkin cubes and apple slices to the steamer basket.
  4. Bring the water to boil and then steam until the pumpkin and apples are soft.
  5. Remove from the heat and let it cool.

  1. Cook the quinoa according to the package instruction.

  • ½ small onion diced
  • ¼ clove of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • A pinch of dried rosemary
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup of finely chopped tomatoes

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the eggplant in half and scoop out the flesh, leaving a thick shell.
  3. Blanch the eggplant halves in boiling water for 1 minute.
  4. Place the eggplant halves in an ovenproof dish.
  5. Meanwhile, dice the eggplant flesh.
  6. Heat some oil is a frying pan and sauté the minced lamb over medium heat.
  7. Then add the onion, minced garlic, eggplant and reduce the heat.

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ tablespoon of flour
  • ¼ cup of chicken stock

  • A pinch freshly ground black pepper

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken until it changes the color.

  4. In a saucepan, sauté the onions in butter until soft.

You Will Need:

  • 3 medium sized sweet potatoes
  • 1 large Macintosh or Granny Smith apple
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 cup of yellow lentils
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of cardamom

How To:

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Peel and core the apple and cut it into small pieces.
  3. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan and add the lentils.
  4. Bring the lentils to boil and reduce the heat. Simmer the lentils on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, until the lentils are soft.
  5. In another saucepan, insert a steaming basket and add 1 cup of water.
  6. Place the sweet potato and apples in the steamer basket and steam for 20 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
  7. Remove the foods from steam and drain the excess liquid.
  8. Combine them in a large bowl with olive oil. Season with spices and toss well.
  9. You can also mash or puree the food together if your baby does not enjoy the lumps.
