This is the quickest breakfast option. Break 2 eggs into a bowl and mix them until you get a uniform texture. Spread the mixture in a pre-heat pan like a pancake. Add fillings of your choice like onion, spinach,

tomato, olives, mushrooms, etc. cook on both the sides and after it gets its shape sprinkle your kid’s favourite cheese. Mmmmm…… feels good isn’t it?
