For making these yummy cookies, pre heat the oven at 210 degrees. Then follow these steps:


  • 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup white butter (salt-free)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • Mix mashed bananas, sugar, butter and eggs in large bowl with spoon.

  • 2 ½ cups refined flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fine chopped nuts


  • In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt.

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ¾ cup white butter (salt-free)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar

  • Prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, allspice and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Beat butter, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in a mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in molasses and egg.
