How To Make:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 1/4 cup cooked chicken cut into strips
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/8 cup carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1/8 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/8 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make:
