1. Mini Pizza Quinoa Bites:

This quinoa recipe for babies is considered perfect for toddlers, you too will enjoy this tiny portion of health.


  • 1 Cup cooked quinoa
  • Four handfuls fresh, chopped spinach
  • 6oz tomato puree
  • 3-4 minced garlic cloves
  • ½ small, finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • One Tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp fennel seed
  • One tsp marjoram
  • One tsp basil
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • A little black pepper

How To Make:

  • Add the spinach to the cooked quinoa and cover with a lid.
  • Remove the pan from heat but leave the lid on for five more minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two mini muffin trays and keep aside.
  • Mix tomato paste, garlic onion, water and olive oil together in a bowl.
  • Now add the seasoning along with pepper and salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Next, divide the mixture into 48 mini muffins.
  • Place the muffin tray in the oven.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Garnish with the topping of your choice.
  • Sprinkle some cheese and bake for five more minutes.
  • Serve warm.

2. Apple Cinnamon Quinoa Bites:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 2 eggs

How To Make:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add cooked quinoa and oats in a large bowl.
  • Combine cinnamon, nutmeg and sugars in a separate bowl.
  • Add the spice mixture to the quinoa and oats.
  • Next add maple syrup, apples as well as eggs and mix well.
  • Grease a mini muffin pan.
  • Now fill the muffin slots and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
