  2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Once the butter stops bubbling, pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Spread the egg mixture evenly on the pan.
  4. Let the omelet cook until the egg mixture holds together.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and fold the omelet in half.
  6. Cook for 30 more seconds.
