1. Watermelon Slush:

You Will Need:

  • 1 small watermelon, cubed
  • 2 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk
  • Mint sprigs

How To:

  1. Freeze the watermelon chunks overnight.
  2. When the watermelon has frozen fully, blend with almond milk until it is smooth in consistency.
  3. Pour in a glass and garnish with mint sprigs.

You Will Need:

  • ¼ cup of orange juice
  • ½ cup of Sprite
  • Grenadine
  • Cherry for garnishing

How To:

  1. Take a mocktail glass and add Sprite and orange juice to it.
  2. Then add 2 teaspoon of grenadine.
  3. Garnish the mocktail with cherry and serve.

3. Strawberry Lemonade:

  • 1 cup of ginger ale
  • 1 cup of fresh lemonade
  • 3 strawberries, chopped
  • 1 strawberry for garnishing

How To:

  1. In a glass, combine lemonade and ginger ale along with the ice.
  2. Add the finely chopped strawberry pieces.
  3. Use the last strawberry for garnishing.

  • 1 medium sized apple, finely sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries, chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries, chopped
  • 1 can of club soda
  • 1 can of cold ginger ale
  • Apple cider

How To:

  1. In a pitcher, add the raspberries, apples and blueberries.
  2. Then pour the club soda, followed by the ginger ale. Add the apple cider right before stirring.
  3. Serve immediately.

5. Pineapple Orange Mocktail:

You Will Need:

  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice
  • A quarter cup of fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

How To:

  1. In a glass, combine the crushed pieces of ice and pineapple juice.
  2. Then pour the orange juice.
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  5. Shake hard and serve.

6. Ombré Grapefruit Mocktail:

You Will Need:

  • 1/2 cup of chilled grapefruit juice
  • 1 can of chilled Sprite or 7Up
  • 2 tablespoons of simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of Grenadine
  • Ice

How To:

  1. Add 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice in a tall glass.
  2. Then add 2 tablespoons of simple syrup to it.
  3. Top each glass with Sprite or 7 Up.
  4. Then stir in a teaspoon of grenadine and serve.

7. Pina Colada:

You Will Need:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 3 cups of ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedges for garnishing

How To:

  1. In a blender, blend banana, pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, ice and coconut milk.
  2. Pour the mixture into the glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges.
  3. Serve immediately.

8. Virgin Mojito:

You Will Need:

  • 10 fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Ice cubes
  • 200 ml of Sprite
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

How To:

  1. In a tall glass, add crushed mint leaves, sugar and lemon wedges.
  2. Then use a wooden spoon to release the juice from lemons.
  3. Add the ice cubes and then top it with Sprite.
  4. Mix well and garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.

9. Cantaloupe-Ginger Spritzer:

You Will Need:

  • 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 6-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Club soda for mixing
  • Thin cantaloupe wedges and ginger pieces for garnishing

How To:

  1. Puree the cantaloupe in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree.
  3. In a saucepan, boil sliced ginger, water and sugar.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and leave it aside to cool.
  6. Discard the ginger pieces.
  7. Then stir in the sugar syrup into the cantaloupe juice.
  8. Fill the glasses with ice and then pour in the cantaloupe syrup.
  9. Top off with seltzer and stir.
  10. Garnish the mocktail with candied ginger and cantaloupe slices.
