  • Bread of choice
  • Pizza sauce
  • Pesto sauce (optional)
  • Cheese (grated)
  • Butter
  • Onions (sliced)
  • Pineapples (sliced)
  • Tomatoes (sliced)
  • Bell peppers (sliced)
  • Olives (sliced)
  • Sausages

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven at 375 degree C
  2. Slice the breads and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the sauces over it. Add a layer of cheese. Use the rest
    of the ingredients to prepare a yummy topping. You can let your kid layer the pizza.
  3. Grill the bread in the oven until the cheese melts.

  • Chicken (minced)
  • Olive oil
  • Spaghetti squash

  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees C.
  2. Poke the spaghetti squash and microwave until the skin starts to wither. Remove the squash from the oven and split it.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken and cook it until brown. Keep it aside.
  4. Scrape and drain the squash.
  5. In a bowl, mix the sauce, egg, cheese, oregano, salt, basil and pepper. Add the squash and mix it well.
  6. Put the squash mix into a ramekin. Add the chicken on top and repeat the layers. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Place the ramekin on a cookie sheet in the oven.

You Will Need:

  • Zucchini
  • Cheese (grated)
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley leaves (chopped)

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees C.
  2. Mix the cheese, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, parsley and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the zucchini on a baking sheet and sprinkle the oil over it. Add the cheese mix on top and bake until the zucchini turns tender.

  1. Help your kid place the ingredients on separate plates.
  2. Ask your child to layer the ingredients in the jar as per his choice. Ask him to close the jar and give it a shake. Your kid can eat this colourful and healthy salad directly from the jar or serve it in a bowl and enjoy.

5. No Bake Snack Bars:

You Will Need:

  • Unsalted butter
  • Honey
  • Light brown sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Nut Cheerios
  • Dry fruits of your kid’s choice
  • Chocolate covered sunflower seeds (optional)

How To:

  1. Line a square pan with aluminium foil. Use a cooking spray to grease it and keep it aside.
  2. Take a microwave safe bowl and add butter, honey and brown sugar in it. Whip the ingredients well. Place the bowl in a microwave oven and heat until the mix melts. Stop to stir it. Heat for another minute and stir.
  3. Add vanilla extract and the cereal to the mix. Add the dry fruits and stir.
  4. Pour the mix into the pan and flatten it using a spatula. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.
  5. Cover with the foil and refrigerate it overnight. Cut out bars and serve it a yummy snack.
