  • 75 grams mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • Two tsp Italian seasoning
  • One tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

How To Make:

  1. Except oil, mix all the remaining ingredients using a food processor. Once done, let the dough sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a greased pan, add as much dough as you desire on the bottom and halfway up the sides of the pan.
  3. Now add a dash of oil over the dough and place it in the over.
  4. Bake at 425 degree F for about 30 minutes. Add desired toppings and serve!

  • 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
  • One ripe banana
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch nutmeg
  • Two tbs dairy free margarine
  • Bread

How To Make:

  1. Pour one tbs of margarine in a nonstick pan on a medium high flame.
  2. Blend the soymilk, banana, and spices together using a blender. Make sure there are no lumps.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
  4. Now coat a slice of bread with this mix. Let the slice soak in the mixture well.
  5. Now place the slice on the pan and let it cook till it is golden brown in color on both sides.
  6. Repeat till the banana soy mixture has finished.

For The Dressing:

  • Two tbs olive oil
  • One tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp mustard
  • A pinch of garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

For The Salad:

  • One ripe avocado
  • Two cups chopped chicken
  • One stalk celery

How To Make:

  1. Use a fork to combine the dressing ingredients
  2. Cut the avocado into small bite sizes and add to the dressing.
  3. Next, add the chicken and celery. Serve!

For The Sauce:

  • Two tbs olive oil
  • One sweet onion
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • Two cloves garlic
  • One tbs mixed Italian herbs
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 15 oz tomato sauce

For The Spinach Layer:

  • 10 oz chopped spinach
  • 8 oz dairy-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 package egg and dairy-free lasagna noodles

How To Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Heat olive oil and cook onions until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and seasonings.
  4. Next, add ground turkey and cook well.
  5. Mix the crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce.
  6. Take a separate bowl, mix the spinach and dairy free cream cheese until completely combined.
  7. Next, slice the zucchini thinly.
  8. Spread a thin layer of sauce in a baking dish.
  9. Place a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
  10. Pour in half of the remaining sauce on top of the noodles.
  11. Now spread the spinach mixture over the sauce.
  12. Now place a second layer of the noodles.
  13. Pour the remaining sauce over the noodles.
  14. Now bring out the zucchini and add on top of the sauce.
  15. Spray the zucchini with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano.
  16. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
